「Tried communicating via messages without success.Called company to get phone number to call host in evening of the night I was staying there.Then got check in instructions.Had difficulty finding how to get in gate to back yard, where door to basement suite.Box spring mattress and bed difficult to walk between. Needed to make beds.Toilet ,only flushed once.walls dirty: Crumbs on counter.Kitchen tap in disrepair.Shower grubby looking- we didn’t use it or the kitchen ,dirty.」

「My parents came to stay in this property in November. They found everything really practical and in good condition, they found it a very pleasant stay with 0 issues. They said everything was to their liking, the check in and check out was easy, they had wifi and tv, the beds were comfortable, the washroom was very roomy with a great shower. Given the season, they said they found the heated nicely. Thank you again!」
