“Great for one night. Staff are friendly and check-in process was smooth. Even though it is next to the airport you don't hear planes all night. The room was spacious enough to put a pack-n-play and was clean in the bed area. The bathroom needed to be cleaned better (dirty behind the door and toilet). It would be nice if the door was probably locked from inside when the bolt was across... the toddler was able to push the handle and open the door a bit(worried about getting his fingers caught). “Hotel was decent for the location and price. Looks like they are currently undergoing some renovations but otherwise the rooms with the indoor balcony are worth booking!”

“Personal parking was right across an unbusy street and didn't need to pay for it through the hotel. The lobby was beautiful, rooms were simple and well appointed. A vent in the bathroom would have been nice, but not a deal breaker. Overall, a very nice stay.”

“Facility clean and updated. However, windows need heavy drapes as only sheer lightweight ones in place. Not an issue if you are getting up at daybreak. Just don't plan on sleeping in. Staff very good. Location very convenient to courts/government/banks/library/offices. Very little retail left in DT Buffalo anymore. ”

“I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. The living conditions and environment are acceptable, and the price of the room I booked is quite……

“The worst hotel I have ever stayed, please avoid. Some staff were rude, told me to pick up my towels from the front desk after I complained that my room was not cleaned, and said 'it is a courtesy from them to bring any amenities to the hotel guests'. I stayed there for almost a week, yet my room was never cleaned even when I requested room cleaning service. I also saw some ants in my room. Disgusting”
