"Park Vista was amazing, it is tucked away in the mountain which gives you the quiet time away from the main roads while still being on the trolley route. You get a free cookie when you check in, the staff is super helpful, rooms are clean, and we even saw a bear roaming the parking lot! We loved it here especially with it being on the free trolley route which means you don’t have to pay for parking when going downtown. I will definitely be staying here again."

"The only reason I’m giving this a poor rating and not terrible is because of the staff being so nice. Other than that the photos are very misleading. This place is dirty. The balconies are rusted, we had bed bugs on our box springs, and dead bugs on the floor. Major water damage and mold. Also noticed the elevator license was absent and the elevator felt like it was going to collapse at any moment."

"Room was nice. Bathroom shower’s water pressure very weak and took a long time to get hot. Very limited TV channel options. Very expensive restaurant, much cheaper and nicer food available close by outside hotel. The best thing about it is location and after that not much. At least $35 to self park, only $2 cheaper than valet which is crazy. Nickel and diming you the whole way. David at check-in was incredibly rude and set a bad tone for the stay. Enoch was very nice though. Sounds like staff is in a transition period. All in all it was ok, again the location is the key thing that makes it worthwhile."
