“I really wanted to give this hotel a glowing review. They have a great location, super easy access to the beach, good views, and a fantastic room layout that worked really well for us and our 2 little kids. We had two major issues. First, the internet and cell service is horrible. We could only use our phones on our balcony and none of the wifi services on the TV worked. Secondly, I complained 3 times about our neighbor constantly smoking on their balcony and I was brushed off and insulted.……

“I originally picked this place because of the price but after being allowed to come in early before checking in i was able to Park use their pool and go to the ocean which was why I wanted to go to the beach. Then after checking out, I was allowed to park for the rest of the day use the pool go to the ocean.
