"The VIP lounge and the convenience of being connected to the mall was fabulous! It would have been nice to have access to the pool but it was under maintenance at the time of our visit."

"The staff at the Royal Sonesta was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the decor was so fun. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and really enjoyed the food and the cocktails. Parking was a breeze. The location was great....within walking distance to the Orpheum and many great restaurants and fun places to grab a drink. I'll definitely stay here again. "

"When I arrived at the address, the signage at the hotel was not for Sonesta, it was for Comfort Inn. The man at the front desk explained the hotel changed names just a couple of days before my arrival. Adding to this, there was also a huge dumpster out back with what looked like stuff from gutting rooms. Despite the unease from the unexpected name change of the hotel I booked at and the giant dumpster making it seem like there was heavy construction, my stay was quiet, my room was reasonably clean, and the front desk staff was professional. "

"Pool was closed after booking so was disappointing. However they paid for our parking to offer some compensation and staff were very friendly. Room was clean and spacious and like a suite. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The lobby bar could have been open a little later for when we returned from baseball game but we ordered food to room. Warning : parking under ground is very very tight and was difficult with a normal size truck. No extended box or wide. We would stay here again."
