Bloomington Ski Hotel

"Even though the hot tub was broke(we were let known right at check in) the pools were great! The staff was amazing and our room was great! Parking could be cheaper or free for hotel guests but wasn’t an issue and easy paying for it! Walking bridge to mall was very close as well! Was worried about recent reviews but our weekend stay was great overall, no issues! As far as noise, once the pool closed there was 0 noise"

"Pool was closed, as seems the current practice for many hotels who want to save money, my card was swiped twice for incidentals - resulting in two separate holds, and the carpet in the hallway of the 7th floor had stains and showed its age. The onsite restaurant was amazing and saved the stay!!!! Our King Room 714 was clean and adequate, but the room furniture and chair showed wear."

"The staff here was amazing during our spring break trip. I loved the great luggage carts and all the support of the staff, as I was a little nervous about handling all of our bags etc. on my own. Great price too! We will def be back! "

"The decor was arguably the most random and strange collection I have ever seen at a hotel. In the lobby all the covers were ripped off the books, again strange and unnecessary "

"Let me be clear the only reason I am giving this a one star rating was the airport shuttle bus driver. If you aren’t planning on using this service, disregard. We stayed at this hotel only because it was close by and we had been stuck at the airport. We signed up for the 3:30 am shuttle back to the airport. The following morning at 2:25 I received a call from The shuttle bus drive warning the shuttle would be leaving promptly at 3:30 and that the crew would at of the morning shuttles were full so this was our only option. I said we are on our way down we will be there ( traveling with two small children). As we were walking out to the shuttle the driver started to pull away. My 7 year old ran after the shuttle yelling for them to stop. When they finally stopped I asked if we could Please get on, the driver proceeded to tell me the were full. I said aren’t you Bryan who just called me and knew we were on our way down? He just kind of threw his hands up and then stormed out of the shuttle, proceeded to yell at us, and finally myself and my two kids got on the shuttle. In which, low and behold there were plenty of seats for us. Totally unnecessary and unprofessional dramatic scream fest for a shuttle ride. "
