Arrowhead is a great place to stay. The condo itself is not luxurious. The living room is very comfy but the kitchen and bathrooms are very dated. Just understand that if booking. All beds are very firm. I would not stay here again just because the beds were not comfortable for me or my husband (I tried all 3). The location is amazing so if you are not looking for something luxurious with a good price point, this place is great. All communications with management were great, super easy to check in and out.

We enjoyed our stay! The ski lockers were wonderful and the walk to the lift was easy. We also used the pool and hot tub and the walk there was also easy. We made a lot of food at the condo and my only complaint was that the kitchen did not have any spices - even salt and pepper- which would have been nice for cooking.

Great Location, condo exactly as described

This condo is conveniently located about a two minute walk from the Arrowhead ski lift and hiking trails. It is also directly across from a large parking lot designated for Arrowhead residents and visitors. The unit itself is very comfortable, with good-sized bedrooms, a large kitchen/living room, and decent bathrooms. The owner was very accommodating and we would definitely return!

Unit size great. Location good. Bus service very good to BC. Shower handles broke. Beds were very poor. Twin beds should be arranged differently. Original kitchen appliances need updating. Heated floors nice. Dishwasher loud. Original contractor look needs updating. Like heated garage. Nice people in property. Did not know Arrow head lift was not operating this was a major reason staying in Arrow Head to access BC. TV was difficult to navigate without any directions to access various platforms and networks. Sound on TV was limited again as no direction to access sound bar etc. Light fixtures were cheap and upgrades necessary. Overall rating C

Great place, great location, nee better communication

Don't let this review change your mind on renting this place. It was a great location with an easy check-in. There was tons of room for my family of 4. We had a blast skiing over Presidents Weekend. Best part about location is we got to shred the Arrowhead runs multiple times with no lines to start each ski day. It is a 4 minute walk from the front door to lift line.Only issue we faced was the ability to speak with the property manager at this place. They gave us a number and email to contact. I called multiple times to the number and emailed multiple times as we were not given the code for the front of the building passcode, and the pool code was completely incorrect. Zero response for 2 days. I followed up with a message on VRBO and finally got a hold of them. Even after getting a hold of them we never got the code for either of our 2 issues. Not having access to the pool and hottub was a huge bummer.We all have areas of development. Better communication would be this properties top area.Once again, outside of this issue, the place was awesome, location was great and we had a great time. And yes, we would rent this place again.

We had a small but important issue that needed attention. The property manager responded immediately in spite of my cranky request. That’s worth its weight in gold!!! The condo was very clean, when we arrived. It’s in a lovely location. And the price was very reasonable in comparison to nearby properties.

Great Ski Getaway!

My family stayed here for 3 nights and we all enjoyed our time here. The unit was extremely clean and couldn’t beat the location as we were just steps away from the arrow bahn lift, shuttle bus & hot tub. Definitely recommend!
