“BAD, BAD, BAD! I only put 5 stars so this review doesn’t get erased and people really get to know how horrible the service at this hotel is.
*Restaurants suck! Wait is always over 1 hour and you can’t make a reservation.
*pools are old and deep, deep. And only one entrance to pool.
*snack bar personnel suck! They ignore people so they don’t have to serve you.
*lobby staff are not organized. They gave our reserved rooms to someone else and kept saying they didn’t have anymore rooms.

“The owners were very accommodating. Luci lent to me a backpack, bu repellent, sun screen, and even books to read. The bed was comfortable. The room was huge. A large water dispenser was provided with water. The view from the room and long balcony was fabulous. The friendly macaw made my stay very special and memorable in a good way. The cuisine from the adjacent restaurant, Mama Cuquita, was some of the best I have had anywhere in Mexico. I ate there 5 times! I have already shared photos and……
