"The best all inclusive we have ever stayed at. Spent a week in the south tower, explored every single restaurant, enjoyed the huge wine selection. We have been coming to all inclusive hotels all across Mexico, and this is our standard. Great staff, every meal delicious and every cocktail was great. Plenty of activities at the beach and great support. Was a trip to remember. ☺️"

"We had such a great time. The property is spread across the beach so that every room has ocean and pool view. Asian restaurant, Italian restaurant, Sushi restaurant, Steak House, Mexican restaurant, the Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner buffet (Velas) they were all delicious. There’s an adult pool with swim up bar. Kids pool, kids play center too. Jacuzzi’s and there’s a ceviche restaurant near the pools on the far end that has fresh delicious seafood. The hotel has different entertainment each night in the Lobby and or outside by the pools. If you choose to stay in luxury, I suggest the Enclave rooms which entitles you to a private Enclave lounge for food and drinks on the 13th floor with amazing views. The rooftop is adults only with music, bar, and 2 jacuzzis. North tower 11th floor has the Martini bar which is cozy with its own bar, pools tables, and games. The south tower has a family room that entertains kids and has popcorn & refreshments. The beach area is great because there are piles of large rocks surrounding most of it to help break any large waves. We’ve seen manta rays swim near by as well. The spa was amazing with the sauna, steam room and deep tissue massage. Very relaxing. Overall this has been the best All Inclusive hotel in Puerto Vallarta. "

"The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the view was spectacular. We like the whole condo and area.We contacted the host several times to let her know the toilet seat in the ensuite bathroom was broken, she asked us to send a picture which we did but got no response. I hope it was fixed for the next renters. "

"This house and the staff here were exceptional. Alejandra went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, provided everything we asked for and more, and was so quick to respond to all of our needs. We happened to be at the house during the lockdown and she did everything should could to keep us informed and safe. She honestly felt like family after our stay. Everyone went above and beyond. The chef and server were amazing too. We had the fish tacos (delicious) and the enchiladas were the best I've ever had. The breakfast was also more than we expected! The house had everything we needed for a group of 10. The pool was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. "
