The apartment had multiple broken features: - Shower facuet broke off on day 1, couldn't shower - The washer was completely broken - Bed was decently comfortable (at best) - Refrigerator's freezer leaked Communication was ok at first. But then, responses were short and delayed when we started to report things going wrong. We felt very unsupported, and we decided to find a new VRBO. "Amazing property and a short walk to the beach. Excellent communication with the host if we had any questions. Love the private entrance to the beach with very clean bathrooms, a huge plus with little kids. Kids loved the pool! Very quiet in the evenings. Will definitely be staying again! "
