“We love our stay, incredible cabins, cozy and new”

“I loved how quiet and isolated this property was! You could hear a pin drop when standing outside. There weren't even any birds to wake you in the morning. The wife and I stayed there for our anniversary week and enjoyed every minute of it. Week cooked in the nice little kitchen and grilled outside once. On the one day it rained, we stayed in all day and streamed movies or watched ones from their small DVD collection. The furniture was very comfortable. Even I at 6'4" slept fine in the smaller……

“This camp was great. The screened in porch had an amazing view of the pond. If it had been a touch warmer we would have had our dinners out on porch. But it was lovely to sit out on and watch the ducks. The kitchen had everything needed and more! Lots of dinnerware, cookware, and utensils. The property owner was very helpful. Lots of good information about the camp and area. She gave us some time to get our stuff in and get settled a bit before she visited. The location was just the right amount……

“My dad and I deliberated for several weeks about which cabin to stay in in the general Acadia/Bar Harbor region. Fortunately, we made the right choice. This cabin was so incredibly cozy, well-built, and plenty close to Acadia national park (about 25 mins). Everything that my dad and I wondered if the cabin would have was there -- coffee, towels, heat/AC, particular utensils, cutting boards -- the list goes on. We would absolutely stay there again. The host was responsive and gave us wonderful……

“A spectacular log cabin in a beautiful part of Mount Desert Island. It's a fifteen minute drive to Acadia with none of the crowds. The living, dining, kitchen area is comfy and well appointed. Everything was spotlessly clean and in great working order. Great deck and outdoor area. Our only complaint is the stairways (inside and out). They were handmade with uneven steps, narrow treads, loose boards and wobbly handrails. Also, it felt more like a two bedroom, one bath because the 3rd bedroom was……

“My husband, miniature schnauzer and I had the best time at Cabin Beaver!!! Location - remote, secluded, peaceful, private, safe, easy to get to. Cabin - meticulous, well equipped, comfortable. The stairs to the loft are steep, but doable. Outhouse - spotless, odorless Outdoor shower - hot, great pressure, reliable, fun to shower outside Many activities to be had on the island and many spots to chill as well!! Coffee on the east side with the rising sun, early swims in the fog rolling off the……

“This home was welcoming, very clean, beautifully decorated and was so well cared for!!! All communications to owner were quickly responded to and 100% on target for questions we asked. The house is in a quiet section, perfect for star gazing, 10 minutes to Bar Harbor and so close to Acadia entrances and all that Acadia offers!!! We loved this property and will be back!!! “The place was extremely clean with plenty of supplies including lots of linens and kitchen tools. We had a rainy weekend and had to stay in a lot but it was very comfortable even with 4 women and the occasional visitors.”
