“I really enjoyed my stay here, the hotel was clean and tidy. It took a few minutes to be served at the bar at times but eventually I got served. My only problem was I booked a double room for myself, but the ed was 2 singles joined together. "I cannot expect more given the hotel is a four-star hotel. I would recommend the hotel to my friends as it stands out among its peers in Cambridge! The only area of improvement is the shower head which was difficult to manage. One of the concierge staff has gone a step ahead in serving guests. I forgot to ask his name. He is from Australia and used to be working for airlines. "
