“Close to highway 31 so there was some noise from the road. It was close to the water but rocks were in front of the property so you couldn’t swim there. They did have a dock that you could walk on. Also they had a marina right next to the Cottages and we did rent a boat. The cottage was lovely and had everything you needed so that you could cook in.”

The location was perfect for fall colors and close by lots of family friendly areas, like Pond Hill Farm, Petoskey State Park, and the idyllic Harbor Springs waterfront. Beds are very good quality. Kitchen has everything you need. Owner is quick to respond to all communications. The beach is the highlight of this home.
