「Our stay here was absolutely brilliant. We arrived at 7 A.M. and we were able to check straight in which was so appreciated after a long night of travel. We also were able to store our luggage all day to get an extra day of exploring in. Fantastic amenities and room a big plus was the fan over the bed. Overall would definitely stay again」

「Nice stay in this service apartment for 4nights. Easy access. The apartment is spacious and there is coffee machine provided. There are some utensils where you can cook your meal but no salt pepper or oil provided. Washing machine and free parking is a bonus. The service is within walking distance to train stations, there are buses around where you can easily get to London central. Tesco is not far away, just some minutes walk. Overall I think it is a nice place to stay.」

「很棒的公寓式酒店,裝潢新穎,有電梯,有浴缸,有洗衣機,有微波爐兼烤箱,離綠色區域線跟藍色迪卡皮利線地鐵站走路只要5分鐘,也有很多家超商跟速食店..整個倫敦自由行超推薦.(但是不含打掃..住12晚送1次打掃..這樣其實很夠了)」

「Loved staying here, easy check in, easy check out. Neat and tidy, low fuss. My only (minor) concern was that the bed was incredibly creaky, to even reach for the bedside light made it creak.」

「Wonderful location, great set up of apartment, very clean and modern. Only complaint is it was unnaturally hot in London and a/c would have been nice to have. 」

「We thought the location was fabulous! Tons of amenities close at hand, access to the underground and really central to go to many attractions. We even spoke with a staff who was originally from Italy and she was so lovely. It was definitely different from staying at a hotel but we really enjoyed. 」

「My second stay at Arlington house during my visit in London. Love the location, very convenient, it’s right next to The Ritz. Walking distance to many shops and fine restaurants. Stayed in the 1 bedroom suite this time, and last time was the 2 bedrooms suite, room is spacious, with en-suite in each room and guest toilet. Service was great. Would definitely be back again. 」

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
