"This house exceeded my expectations! We had a large family of 18 and the house was perfect for all of us! We also rented the villa on the same property which was great for our expended family! We brought our boat and fished at Stump pass each evening! The house is just a short walk (5min ) to the beach. The grounds are beautiful with the trees and swings, hammocks right on the water! The paddle boards and kayaks kept our teenagers busy. We will be back! "

"The cute, bright Holiday House with curb appeal was delightful ! There are still signs of hurricane Milton and Helene but, this place will take you on holiday ! A short walk to the beach to find sharks teeth and enjoy a sunset. The backyard is an oasis! Lovely landscaping, fire pit and grill. The house has an inviting decor, everything is new and beds so comfortable!! Can't wait to go back"
"We had a great time here at this property! Less than a mile walk to all the restaurants (Sandbar is GREAT), and the beach is literally the next street over. The only problem we had was getting automatically locked out of our rental a handful of times because the keypad was very fussy but hopefully that's an isolated incident. There's an oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and they also provide basic cooking needs like silverware, knives, pots & pans, cutting boards, etc. Basic spices are provided but salt, pepper and oil are not so if you plan on cooking definitely bring your own.We'll definitely be back! "
