“The place was exactly as described. Very clean, I love how everything was labeled. They definitely took the time and effort to make sure everything was available that we might need - from child friendly items to extra towels and blankets, and toiletries. Great communication, I had all the details how to get into the place and what to do to check out, etc. Parking is easy and free. The location was great. Within walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants in Golden (1 mile to the……

“I like this place and the location is perfect, but this particular unit has not been clean enough either time I’ve had it. The floor could really use cleaning, the screen door is broken, and the remote doesn’t work well and I had to struggle to get what I wanted to watch. I wasn’t there much so it was satisfactory for my purposes, but I think that should be addressed. and by the way, I didn’t communicate with the property manager, but it makes me push something and then it doesn’t let me submit……

“We stayed for two weeks while our house was under construction. Everything was exactly how it was described or better—a well-equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. Everything was spotless and cozy. We felt at home, away from home. If we ever need a place to stay, we would come back in a heartbeat, 10/10 for sure.”

“We rented this property for out of town guests who were visiting for a family memorial service. It worked very well to have a 'home base' where family members could stay together, and also share meals and catch up. It was like a small reunion for elderly cousins! No complaints about it at all. It was clean, large, and worked nicely with a large group. The only thing I recommended to the property manager is that the outside lighting is very dim at night. There are steep stairs to the front door……

We could pretty much walk to anywhere for food, drinks, coffee, supplies etc. and even if we had to drive somewhere for something it was very close. All in all was a great experience and would recommend it to anyone. The host really did me a favor when I checked in 👍”

“This was the perfect amount of space for 2 couples for a quick trip to Denver. The neighborhood is “up and coming” so it’s not a place I’d walk around at night, but it’s fine in the daytime. Some really good restaurants within walking distance too. We REALLY loved the rooftop deck! Would definitely stay there again!”

“First time staying at a Kasa property. Very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. Would stay here again if back in the area. Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. ”
