The only drawbacks were that it is on a main street and sometimes I could hear the wails of traffic, in addition, there is a large window that could use a black out curtain. "I loved this rental it was in the middle of everything and very convenient. It was very clean and modernly updated. I feel it could be a 5-star listing however the tenant above our head let their child run across the floor ALL DAY LONG. I complained once and it was corrected to only start the next day. The only other suggestion would be to provide a small amount of cleaning products in order for the tenants to clean."

Shower was nice. Towels were thick. The little porch was perfect for sitting outside. It was typical Chicago parking. We were always to find a spot. We hope to stay here again."

"The location of the unit is wonderful. For those who want to take Metra - BNSF to Chicago, this is great as it is walking distance to the commuter rail. The host provided snacks which was a great touch after a long drive. The unit had its own HVAC which allowed for a very comfortable stay. Two beds and two full baths along with an adult (not a camping style) kitchen, and shopping and dining all close by made for a wonderful extended stay close to Chicago. Nicely put together!"

"Me and my friends absolutely loved the place, the rooms were very neat and tidy, the bathroom stocked with some cute amenities, the couch and chairs were very soft (my friend rlly wanted me to mention that LOL) and i was top bunk, beds are so comfy, the one tiny tiny thing is the bath is a bit confusing and the faucet was on when we got there and we couldn’t get it to stop, but that’s not much i would totally stay again"

"The host was very communicative and allowed us to drop our bags since we landed very early. I slept on the sofa since my husband had a big day and I didn’t want to wake him. I don’t recommend sleeping on the sofa, it hurt my back. Maybe I should’ve put the extra mattress on top."

"VERY clean, location was perfect for our family as we wanted to experience using public transportation to get to downtown. 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and about 20 minute walk through very nice area to the train (we did both and you can take the bus to the train station too). Neighborhood is lovely. Owner is on site and available via text if there is an issue but there never was. Unit is completely separate from rest of house. We were very pleased."
