「Very clean resort with delicious food. Front desk was very rude upon checking in and out and the waiters at the pool area were beyond rude . The lady with short blonde hair ignored us on multiple occasions and the man with blonde hair kept talking about how horrible of a day it was . Their whole conversation was regarding how busy they were and didn’t ask us if we needed anything else. We ordered at the bar and had to get menus from the bar yet gratuity is automatically added. 「Wonderful stay. Clean room. Comfortable space. Ourside areas were great! Easy access to town (down steps). Chase and Lyndsey are awesome hosts!」

「Parking was challenging. It was many steps to walk up and the entrance was difficult to locate. The staff seemed crabby and everything was in a mild state of disrepair. On the other hand, we were given a room with a breathtaking view, and we enjoyed the adventure. It was fine for the price! . 」

「Power went out often on the island, a generator is needed at this property. Out flight was cancelled and we lost a day. I was told we would get credit for that but haven’t received confirmation of that yet. Location is okay, taxi service is a few blocks away, restaurants close. Not sure if I’d return or recommend at this time, still waiting on owner to honor his verbal agreement. But no matter what, a generator is desperately needed to protect a quality experience. 」

「Don't plan on getting access to your room right away! We arrived 3 hrs. early and asked to check our bags as the room was not yet ready. We returned at check in time and still had to wait an additional 1.5 hrs. for check in. The room itself was fine. The bar on site did not opened until 5:30 pm and the restaurant was less than desirable in atmosphere, quality of food and more. the best thing about this Hotel is that it is walking distance from the Charolotte Amilie Ferry. ...

The beach itself was very nice, lots of activity, jet skis, the Taco Taxi, etc. The waves were solid and it was very pleasant to sit near and relax. 「For the price we paid i was not happy with the cleanliness. Dirty bedding. Our shower also didn’t drain so standing in the sandy water was nasty. Other than that, location was great. 」

「Clean room, attentive staff. The only thing i frowned upon was the breakfast food because everything, from the eggs to the bacon to the waffles tasted like fish. Perhaps the cooking oil used was previously used in cooking fish. Overall, I would 100% recommend this place to stay. It’s also economically friendly. 」
