Staff was friendly but noticeably less responsive to simple requests than we recall from our previous visit. “This property is gorgeous! Staff was very helpful and kind. Helped with taxi services and the complimentary breakfast (although very simple) was a nice touch each morning. The views are amazing here and the pool was very clean. The hot tub was not hot, however, and had a weird smell so we avoided that area. The property is situated high up so there are a lot of steps - definitely not meant for those who aren't open to leg day every day. We would absolutely book here again!”
