“This house is the reason you choose vrbo over hotels. From the minute I booked it the owners were super friendly in their communication and made staying at their property easy and welcoming. Not only did it feel really clean, but the owners thought of so many ways to make the stay great for their guests. There were little snacks in jars, coffee and creamer, plenty of soap (not just the little hotel bottles, but large refillable ones so you can wash yourself properly), and they weren't stingy on……

“We were looking for a place for the family to stay while in town for our daughters college graduation. The size and location allowed us to easily get to the college and not have to worry about where the family would stay. If traveling with a medium to large group, I'd recommend this house.”

“The location is great! It is convenient to UF campus, restaurants, and shopping while being in a quiet neighborhood. We brought our dog and he loved the large, fenced-in backyard. My husband walked him early each morning and the neighbors stopped to chat - so nice! The house has everything you need for cooking - even the grill was in great shape which isn't always the case at rental units. The beds were comfy, the a/c amazingly cold :-), and there was a large water heater so no one took cold……

“This property was absolutely magnificent! It is absolutely perfect for two people. My husband and I stayed here with our two golden doodles. The dogs were also in heaven there are so many walking trails throughout the property and in the area. Every morning we would wake up and the dogs would be so excited to go outside. They have a beautiful fenced in area in the front of the cottage where the pool is located and also in the back of the cottage. The pool was definitely my favorite part. It's……

“Greg is a 5 star host! He greeted me upon arrival and walked the property and apartment with me. He also had local places to visit(similar to hotel stays). Greg's hospitality beats most large hotel concierge service. The apartment is truly amazing, beautiful, and clean. The surrounding areas are a true nature lovers dream!”
