Unfortunately the week we were there the roof was being replaced and the streets, both front and back were blocked off due to construction which made parking very challenging. Construction (pounding, hammering, banging) began early on the roof each morning, when we were wanting to sleep in! It would have been advantageous to have known going into the week that mornings were not going to be spent peacefully sitting on the……

“We came down for our son's graduation at UF. The property was top-shelf in every way. The property was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Even though we didn't have a chance to use the amenities, pool, exercise room, etc., we did walk through and everything looked great. If I had known about this property before this stay, we would have stayed here each time we came down to visit our son or drop him off for the school year (4 years). “This rental was so thoughtfully stocked with anything and everything one could possibly need! We had a early morning trip and there were take away coffee mugs for us and ziplock bags for lunches. There was an abundance of toiletry items to choose from even. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!”

“My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks while visiting family. Quiet, clean, and the host answered all communications immediately. Host also graciously said I didn't need to do anything for checkout! Due to winter weather, we didn't use the pool like we were hoping to, so I can't review that. But the kitchen, in-unit laundrey, and bath, though a bit dated, were very clean and had basic cooking items in good shape. Altogether a very low-key, clean, fun, easy place to stay.”

“Greg is a 5 star host! He greeted me upon arrival and walked the property and apartment with me. He also had local places to visit(similar to hotel stays). “This property was absolutely magnificent! It is absolutely perfect for two people. My husband and I stayed here with our two golden doodles. The dogs were also in heaven there are so many walking trails throughout the property and in the area. Every morning we would wake up and the dogs would be so excited to go outside.
