For the dinner, you have to make a reservation, you can not just go eat within time limit (not the buffet style)and need to set up the time , the menu is not much to choice. 「Reception was terrible they never explained anything about the resort tell us about our VIP check in and the perks. Concierge Chantal was amazing! The other staff were amazing except one at The Village Coffee shop didn’t let me have 1/2 of one flavor and 1/2 of the other flavor was rude..
