"Very clean, comfortable room. Good variety of food on the breakfast buffet."

Front desk person said they had no rooms on first floor - she was absolutely NOT helpful & constantly contradicted herself. They have not refunded us in full (I paid for 3 nights), but I will continue to obtain a full refund."
