"The check in staff ( I believe his name was Justin) was super friendly and helpful. I can’t say the same about the day that I left. I went to hand in my key and asked if I’d be emailed a receipt and the lady didn’t ask for my room number, she just said yes. I have yet to receive a final receipt. I received something early in the morning before checking out that shows the total cost of the hotel, but nothing to show the parking fee. As I was walking out, I heard somebody else checking out and the lady asked his room number. So I’m not sure what the difference was between my checkout procedure and his. That was the only issue I had. Justin was wonderful and so was the man that came to show us how the heating unit worked."

"The hotel is always a hit because it’s so close to the casino and you don’t even need to go outside if you don’t want to. We were in the south tower so our room was nice and close to the lobby, but the rooms are a little bit dated and could use a little bit of TLC"

"The location is perfect—close to the falls and everything else, and the direct access to the water park is amazing for kids. However, the rooms are old and soundproofing is poor. One tip: there's a very high step between the room and the bathroom, so be careful with little ones. Overall, good value for the location and water park access."
Great Wolf Lodge Niagara Falls

"Great time with the kids. There is so much to do and not enough time. We didn’t get to use all the features of the paw pass which felt like a bit of a waste. The kids loved getting the wand and watching their stuffy get filled though. For dinner we went to Barnwood and I was impressed with quality of the food. Really delicious."
