"Room was clean and updated with vinyl flooring, a great bed and a very large bathroom. The breakfast included was good and had a good variety of items. Convenience was also a factor for me and the hotel was just off the interstate, next door to a local casino, and just minutes from another casino where I attended a concert. All in all, a great weekend! "

"The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the amenities at the property were wonderful with pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, a marketplace and an activity centre. I didn’t realize it was part of a time share program, so the constant phone calls to listen to their timeshare spiel was a bit annoying. We did have an issue with the hot water in our place and had two days of cold water. At first I thought it was a shared water system and that our shower timing was poor after everyone else showered and used up the hot water, but it was actually a faulty hot water heater for our specific unit. Once we spoke to maintenance about it, the problem was fixed immediately. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking. There’s lots of golf in the area and easy access to shopping and restaurants a short distance away. "

"Everything went amazingly well, even when it seemed like maybe it wouldn't. As an example, the host gave us news that obe of the amenities was not operational. Things break sometimes, it happens. A lesser host might not be so honest and diligent on working on a fix. Instead of ignoring the issue--or worse acting like it was in working condition and implying the problem had something to do with me-- I was provided with a compensatory remedy. But they didn't stop there. The host ensured the repairs were made so everything was perfect when we arrived. That is worh an extra star but, sadly, I am only allowed to award five. "
