“I had to cancel my trip last minute and they made it easy. I found out my mom was in the hospital getting ready to be put on hospice and they didn't question me at all even though I was there at the counter getting ready to check in.”

“酒店硬件设施非常棒 环境也很好 但是酒店的服务人员态度不好 没有笑脸 回复也不及时；第一天下午让他们送牙刷 答应说会送到我们房间 但当我们晚上10点多回到房间 却没有送到 ；第二天上午又去要了一次 结果还是没有送；直到第三次要求才送过来”
