「Booked the standard room for my family trip and the room is quite spacious to store and open my multiple luggage cases. Nothing fancy, but the hotel is clean and comfortable. The thing to mention would be the positive vibes from all the reception staff. From check-in, request for additional toiletries to check-out, everybody was very helpful had a big smile.」

「The outside didn't do it justice. We pulled up thinking it looked horrible, but as soon as we went inside it was amazing. Very modern and nicely modeled. The breakfast was amazing and sealed it. The cheese omelette hit the spot and the way pancake maker was an awesome thing for the kid. I would for sure stay here again if l came back to Chicago.」
