“The room was below my expectations. It was hardly a luxury studio suite. ”

“Didn't get to enjoy the view because it was raining on and off. The place was great and view by the lake was wonderful.”

“The bathroom floor tiles had missing grout, which could have caused someone to get hurt. The window blinds were open, making the room warm. The room didn't cool down until around 3 a.m. Please do something with the windows up high. The light coming in the morning wakes you up. I have pictures if needed. ”

“Dishwasher inoperative. Bathroom fan inoperative. Bathroom sink drains very slowly. In general the overall condition of the grounds was disappointing: railing posts and caps need to be painted or replaced (both in this unit and throughout the property), lights on concrete steps from parking lot are broken and dangling, several loose planks in steps from deck to the lakeside lawn.”
