"The front desk staff is amazing. They are so helpful and courteous. Regardless of who we spoke with, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed and quiet. Great location, 10-15 minute walk to all of the major attractions."

"The room was very clean, quiet, spacious. Great location and less expensive than the hotel across the street. One of two elevators was out of order. There is only complimentary coffee before 7 am. After that you have to pay at the expensive cafe. "

"The hotel was an incredible value and within walking distance of amazing restaurants and sightseein. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful finding my phone charger, calling for a car that was cheaper to get to airport, offering to store bags, kind and attentive, professional. I’d stay here again for sure! Such a comfortable place to stay!"

"Disappointed with this hotel. It looked a lot nicer on the photos and for over $200 per night I expected a lot more. It wasn’t very clean - the bathroom in particular (the floor below the shower is straight up dirty), the carpet could also use a clean. I was surprised that there was no conditioner - all hotels offer it now. The air conditioning is super loud, and you can hear the cars from the road outside the hotel constantly. Lastly, I was surprised to receive a pack n play as the baby crib instead of an actual crib; it’s hard to clean these and there was a stain on the mesh. Only positive is how close it is to the airport but I wouldn’t stay here again. "
