“Malgré notre reservation sur Expedia, a notre arrivée a 14h, tout etait fermé. Nius avons appele2 fois, aucune reponse. Il est ecrit sur la porte "ouvert de 10am a 17pm. Apres 1h d'attente, nous avons du partir et trouver une autre hotel. Je n'ai aucune info sur mo paiement. Un veritable scandal, ”

“A friend of mine and I each got a room here. The rooms were so cool and the beach access is world class. The service is a little short of 2-3 star given that my shower water was not hot, but I sort of didn’t care until the last day when I just wanted a hot shower. The beach is gorgeous, the people working there are super sweet. There was a very nice woman who helped us get a super last min cab out of town and she was super helpful at the desk when our booked shuttle no showed. We took the bus……

“Was a truly wonderful hotel, from the rooms to the staff to the service everything here was an amazing experience. Found the staff to be extremely helpful and accommodating with top notch service and the hotel is very well located with a gorgeous stretch of beach area and walking distance to the best restaurants and bars in tulum.
