「We had a fantastic stay at Coco Unlimited Tulum from April 24th to May 4th. The property is beautiful, but it was the lovely people who made the experience truly special.I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but Betty on reception and Jacob in the restaurant were absolutely outstanding representatives of the hotel. 「We loved the hotel's location in the National Park and on the beach. The restaurant was delicious, the staff were helpful, everything was great. We loved the free breakfast! They gave us bikes to use and we were able to visit other hotels for dinner each night and feel safe doing so. We walked to the ruins and took the electric shuttles. The only things we'd have changed was to have the bar and/or restaurant open later so we could grab apps or drinks in the evenings. We were also quite confused...
