“This is our 3rd year stating at the Spanish main in cocoa beach. While the usual condo we book there was not available, this particular condo was just as great! You can’t beat the location. The beach is amazing. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated. Its close to everything…. A one hour drive to any Disney park. It truly is the perfect vacation spot. We even were lucky enough to see 2 space x rocket launches. The hosts were great and the condo was amazing. I would highly recommend this……

“Our family spent 2 weeks here. The location is perfect. We spent our days going from the beach to the pool and back again. The neighbors are wonderful and we met so many great people. Our only issue was the AC stopped working during the second week. We spent 4 nights without it, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. The owner did have a window unit installed, and was willing to give us a partial refund for those 4 nights. If it were not for that inconvenience, we would have given our stay 5……

“This was our second stay at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time! We absolutely loved waking up to the beautiful sunrises over the ocean, the sounds of the waves as we fell asleep and the restaurant Coconuts on the Beach which is just next door. The location is perfect and while the pool looks underwhelming at first glance, it’s never crowded and my 12 and 15 year old love it! We enjoy the easy in and out access with the garage and are grateful to not have to get into a……

“The ocean views are all around in this corner condo. You feel like you’re on the beach even when you’re not. My good friend and I spent most of our time on the balcony where the view is just spectacular. Easy beach access is available from the pool deck. The beach wasn’t crowded, even on the weekend. The host communicated everything we needed to know in advance so the check in was a breeze. It was hard to leave, but the memories of a wonderful mini vacation will be with me forever.”
