「I recently spent five nights here (mid July) while solo hiking Volcanoes National Park (30 minutes away) and exploring the Hilo area. I would totally stay here again by myself or with my significant other. This was a beautiful and fun compliment to spending all day outside - being screened in and protected from the rain, but otherwise immersed in outdoor Hawaii. The garden is beautiful, and the property felt very private and safe to me. The outdoor shower was nice and hot - perfect after a...

「My 10 year old daughter's favorite out of the 4 places we stayed, and I agree. Clean, affordable, and so charming, Tons of fruit trees and flowers, beautiful property. Great balance between eco friendly and comfortable. Guests are asked to conserve power (as location is solar powered and the location sometimes has long stretches of rain), but still great wifi, powerful fan, shampoo and body wash in the shower and a high water pressure endless hot shower. The fairy lights directing the way to...

「The cottage was very clean and full of household items ready for use. It's a good thing i wake up around 5am because there's a Brahma (seemed like it) rooster next door that helps with the wake up process, hehehe. No need to set your alarm on your phone. The place was breezy once I opened all the windows. Truly a Hawaii experience. Thank you host!」

「Perfect location, friendly neighborhood, awesome Jeff and this is a best accommodation of Big Island」

lot of bugs. 」

「Nice owners, pristine accommodations, very safe rural neighborhood, beautiful landscaping. We only stayed one night on our way to see friends, also visiting the big island. So we didn’t explore the area much. But it’s not far from the volcano and even closer to the hot springs and petrified forest.」

「Nice comfy place to stay for a couple days.」
