“Bed was so comfy and the hotel was so incredible that we contemplated changing our flights home to stay longer at the Felix 10! From the first moment arriving at the hotel, there was the most incredible cinnamon/clove scent that was warm & inviting and the decor was cool & sophisticated. The staff were very helpful showing us the entire hotel and offered us coffee & water when we first arrived. The rooftop had the most beautiful sunset view with comfy seating, the rooms were bigger than expected……

“Clean apartment, beautiful location with views of the Portugal Parlament/Asamblea building. Pretty park right across the street. Easy access to busses. Many nice restaurants in the area. Building was very secure. Apartment was very quiet. Everything was as lovely as in the photos!”

“The good: Great shared kitchen, shared patio which we enjoyed (and never saw anyone else out there), location is great and in a very walkable area. The room was very clean and every day was tidied up for us. The rooms themselves were cute too and little shampoos were provided in the showers. The bad: We had a room with two floors, one bedroom on each floor. We were traveling with a toddler and found the stairs in the room to be risky! They were steep, manyyyy stairs up to the second bedroom,……

The bathroom was not clean enough, the rooms were very small, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the property. Additionally, the guests did not fully respect the house rules, which made the experience uncomfortable. While the location is a positive point, the overall quality and cleanliness need significant improvement.”
