Finger Lakes Region Spa Hotel

"We enjoyed our two night stay in at Mirbeau in early April. The spacious room was clean and the corner fireplace made it feel luxurious and cozy at the same time. Dining on the heated patio for both dinner and breakfast did not disappoint. Overall, the hotel and spa service and facilities were excellent. We will definitely return. "

"Staff were all friendly. Lobby is lovely, the rooms and the restaurant needs improvements. Our room was not serviced daily and that really bothered me since we were there 5 days. The bathroom was moldy and the tub did not drain but the shower head was excellent. So its really a mixed bag. If you can get a good rate under $200 its ok but anything more then there are nicer options. Despite its issues I would stay again bec the staff was nice its a decent hotel. "

"Hosts were kind, professional, seen to our needs. Continental breakfast was welldone and clean. Some of the floor coverings were old and need to be replaced but the rooms were nice we easily overlooked the old carpeting because of the friendliness of the management"
