“This one surprised us, was not expecting much. Yes it is older (but so am I), but the rooms have been remodeled, very comfortable, spacious, and spotless clean! The entire staff were wildly helpful (front desk, bar and restaurant.) The street it is on is very cool. We would stay here again, it brings a different vibe than boring chain hotels or tiny closet-like European rooms. Felt like a family business and I am super cool with supporting that.”

“Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for our travels. Beautiful building with lots of character. The linens were very nice. The hallways could use a fresh coat of paint, but every was very nicely decorated and high quality. We’ve been in Scotland two weeks and this was one of our favorite places we stayed at. Breakfast was very nice.”
