「The staff was very clear at Checkin about third party booking is not going help. No manager to get some help.」

「This was such a cute little place to stay! It was clean and the staff was so helpful. They let us check in an hour early, and when we checked out they stored our luggage for us while we waited for our train.」

「I stay there everytime we went to glenwood spring, the room and services always good. Just one thing wired since when hotel charged money for parking, but the front desk lady gave us water and snacks instead, fair enough.」

「I absolutely loved the location. Very convenient and close to iron mountain hot springs and glenwood hot springs. Breakfast was delicious but you need to come early to get the yogurt. Fitness room was small but adequate.」

「The cabin and property were beautiful. There were so many little touches and thoughtfulness throughout, including a welcome sign with my name and family. Our daughter completed a 1000 piece "mushroom" puzzle, and we all relaxed in the "massage like" hot tub. When we first arrived, the air was on and the place was nice and cool. My wife and I plan to stay again in the fall if it is available. The day of our departure a mother deer and her two babies saw us off. :)」
