Hotel Glenwood Springs

4/10 Poor

"The room was dark and a bit dreary. The bathroom needed new lights but staff couldn’t change them. The water park was nice but the kids slide needed some padding at the bottom. Our room only had 3 towels for 6 people but they did bring some up. Staff was friendly but I probably won’t stay again."

"Hotel is like a maze. Certain elevators connect only to certain rooms. If you're on the 4th floor you have to use a wheelchair lift to get there unless you want to drag your suitcases up a flight of stairs. Layout was weird and confusing. Stained glass windows are sagging out of their frames and there is gum in the window wells on the 4th floor. Lobby is beautiful, but fireplace puts out no heat and it's cold in there. This is a biking city and elevators are so small, you can't bring your bikes to your room. They have a storage closet for bikes that is down a narrow flight of stairs with a sharp turn at the bottom. It was very awkward trying to get bikes in and out of there. You also have to get a receptionist to open the door each time. Often the receptionist was busy and it required a long wait. Also, when you book, you may be staying in a room off site. This is not explained on the website. Overall, not a great experience."

Sus instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, y el entorno invita a disfrutar del aire libre y de la tranquilidad de la zona. Además, su excelente ubicación permite acceder fácilmente a las principales atracciones, restaurantes y actividades del área. Es uno de esos lugares que combinan comodidad, buena atención y un ambiente familiar, haciendo que la estancia sea relajante y placentera.
