「The hotel was nice but they can definitely be more on top of their cleanliness. I had to change rooms as I found some weird bug under the blankets (still don’t know what it was). Few bugs in new room as well (spider, beetle looking bug). Housekeeping only came 1x over my 6 night stay. Overall hotel was nice and staff at front desk were great.」

「(1) We had no hot water in the shower. Didn't discover this until just before we left in the morning. (2) If we DID have water, the shower gel dispenser wasn't working, and the shampoo dispenser was off the wall. (3) There were spots on the floor, walls, and ceiling. (4) The configuration of the room was ..... strange. Had to look left from the bed to see the TV. Couldn't fit the luggage cart into the room without moving a bed side table.」

「The food selection we saw terrible if you like to drink the bar/restaurant was fine but it advertised dinner menu and it definitely not a dinner menu . The place that was supposed to be for breakfast or fast food was so small you couldn’t fit three people in it definitely did not match the picture or selection, but there are many great restaurants that deliver to your room !」
