The entrance is independent and equipped with self-check in, so you don't have to worry about your arrival time.

The 42sqm flat is an open space with an independent entrance: on the ground floor is the living room with television and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette, washing machine and bathroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a large wardrobe. The space is very bright, has wifi with fibre optics and overlooks the inner courtyard of the condominium from which it is possible to observe various gardens in which some turtles frolic.
From the street you can admire Brunelleschi's dome while staying out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
As we use self check-in and Article 109 TULPS is in force in Italy, you will be asked to send a photo of your identity documents.
Smoking inside the structure is strictly forbidden. this is possible in the courtyard of the apartment next to the flat entrance.
