「Beautiful facility. Perfect for families close to all the beaches and fun. Can't wait to return for our next visit!」

「The room is nice and clean except the bathroom is small and hard to get in and out. The breakfast is ok, both of the bar inside and outside are fun, i like the bartender. The gym is fantastic. i like the small cab that take the guest from the building to the beach and back. Free bike rental daily is good. We also enjoy complimentary desserts in the evening.」

「This trip was supposed to be something special for my family. For starters there was a huge wasp nest on our balcony, which we were told would be taken care of - never was. Then our AC stopped working - they did offer to move us but by then it was day 3 of our trip. I was told that they were going to waive our pet fee and resort fees for the ‘inconvenience’, but haven’t seen that happen yet either. The elevators have only worked about half the time, and there is no AC in elevators or main lobby...

「Palihouse is unlike other hotels. It is very boutique and quality. The rooms are high end and the property is amazing. Stay here.」

「The hotel was beautiful in certain aspects, but it could be maintained better. The original tile in the main area was a nice touch. The bed linens felt cheap and the AC wasn't very cold in our room. They allow pets so at times I felt like I was in a petting zoo. Overall, probably not worth the high rates they charge.」

「The hotel does not allow early check-in unless you pay a fee. We even contacted them ahead of time and still had to wait 3 hours to get into our room. The hotel website is very deceiving about how well it is maintained or updated. The pics on their site only show the best parts of the hotel. What they fail to tell you is that its basically a motel 6. No air in the hallways or elevators, water on the floors everywhere, no ice machines work on numerous floors, no vending machines so you have to...
