“I have been coming to Seaside since 1985. I LOT has changed but it is still a great place to visit. This condo is centrally located to everything and literally steps to all the restaurants. You will not need your car until you leave. Definitely bring or rent bikes. And make sure to get out and hike in the national forrest that surrounds seaside. If you are lucky you might see a black bear! The condo is perfect for two and you will feel right at home. Owner was very responsive if we had a……

“This cottage was perfect for our short stay to visit our son who is stationed at Eglin AFB. While the neighborhood was a little run down, the location to everything we wanted to do and it’s proximity to the base was great. The cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated with beach vibes. The bed was comfortable, the towels were clean, and we had everything we needed to relax and sleep well after long days out. Check-in was super easy and they accommodated our early check-in request. Thanks!”

“Very cute and trendy but the lights in the bedroom don’t work and multiple outlets. We made it work but was still frustrating having to use our phone flashlights to see in the bedrooms at night. I messaged the host asking if there was a trick to get them to turn on but no response. Up until then response had been good. Location is great. If these things were fixed I would consider staying there again. The dock and view out back is beautiful.”

“This was our first time in Rosemary Beach and we fell in love with the town and friendly community. This adorable carriage house apartment was perfect for my husband and me. The king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was just big enough and had everything we needed. We loved using the bikes provided to ride around and explore. Everything was just as described. We will be back next year!”

“The condo is nice with a good view. Unfortunately one of the elevators was being worked on when we arrived which left 1 elevator to use resulting in longer waits. A storm came through and knocked the power out leaving us with no elevator and having to walk up 7 flights to get to our room. Overall we had a great experience.”

“My 17 year old daughter and I had a great mother/daughter trip. The place is a bit small if you have more than a couple people, but it was perfect for us. It is a studio, with a bed and pull out couch. The place has been updated and is super cute! I actually took pictures of the bathroom and plan to use the ideas for my own small bathroom in my older home. The location is impeccable. This unit is right up front and the shortest walk you can have to cross the street to the beach. I will say,……

“We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.”
