"The room was AMAZING! More than I expected, staff was very friendly. The breakfast the next day though....gah! It left a lot to be desired. The food was cold, the area presented on the website had changed, it was in a cramped room where everyone kept bumping into each other. This wasn't even a busy weekend for PCB? The coffee was merely cream & sugar. I realized there was a "starbucks" like facility downstairs that sells good coffee. Most people like flavored creamer. If I was to change anything, it would definitely be the breakfast. We had a better experience at a hotel in Milton, Fl after the snowfall. The worker was stranded and she did the best she could with what was available."
