“The property was very easy to find and access with good parking and seemed to be in a very quiet part of the town We have stayed on Folly approximately 10 times, and this was one of our better experiences. Everything was clean as a pin with beautiful ocean front views and just a short 5 minute walk to the pier. We really hated to leave. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is just looking for a nice leisurely stay.”

“We booked this home 9/19/25 - 9/27/25. We found the home to be exactly as advertised. It was spacious, had a great layout, in a quiet neighborhood, and well maintained. “Stayed here to visit my son who recently moved to Charleston. The space was perfect and within driving distance of many points of interest. It had everything you could ask for. The bed was so.....comfy and the shower was wonderful. The property was very clean. The beach chairs were a nice feature. We will be back .”

“Our overall feel of the property was that it was clean and private. We stayed with our two kids so four of us total and we were comfortable. There was a metal frame and foam mattress folded up in the closet which easily fit in front of the king sized bed with walking room around it to the other side of the bed. I appreciate the property manager kept us informed before check in, they had a little problem with the A/C and the technician was still on premises to fix it. We arrived at 4 and they……

“The condo was just as advertised, bright, spacious and clean. The neighborhood was great with a local coffeehouse and convenience store steps from the front door. The condo was 2 minutes to the interstate and a 5-minute drive to all that King and Meeting streets had to offer. Excellent staff, location and experience. I will book again with friends that my wife and I travel with several times a year.”
