“Very clean. Each bedroom has a king bed. Unit has everything - we just walked in with suitcases. Short walk to the restaurant/bar area of Folly Beach and an even shorter walk to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely stay again only longer next time.”

“I stayed at this wonderful condo with my girlfriends that I have known for over 50 years. We had such a great time. The condo was in a terrific location. We were easily able to walk to the beach and all the restaurants on Folly Beach. Even though the condo was above a bar/restaurant it was so quiet. We were able to relax in the evening in the condominium and didn’t hear anything from the bar downstairs. It had all the amenities we could possibly need and was super clean. “Fabulous location! Fenced in yard for the pup is ideal. All of the amenities needed in the kitchen (updated/usable grill would be nice) and the bed is very comfortable. The swing on the upper deck is perfect for bird/dolphin watching with coffee and/or afternoon wine. Diane is super sweet. Can't wait to return soon.”

“We loved the property. It is small. But for a family of 4 the boys had ample room in the spare bedroom. Parking is good and there is plenty of room on the deck. Communication was amazing with the property management. They were very quick to reply to all my messages and gave accurate information back. The check in process is super easy. The apartment is smaller but perfect for our needs. The location is less than a 100 yard walk from the public beach access. Which is a great spot. Good beach……

“It was just the right size for my husband and I to spend a weekend away. Right on the beach, with a pool my husband described as the perfect size and temperature. Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, and the screened in porch had very relaxing furniture to enjoy more time outside. The alarm in our room did go off at 4 am, but that's on whoever left it turned on before us. Easy enough to fix. Comfortable beds, a bathroom with just what you needed and tv for nights in. We will……

“Property is lovely with amazing view. I recommend bringing the following: kitchen towels, beach towels, beach chairs, blankets (no blankets on bed only a thin coverlet, no blankets at all in unit) and most importantly decent toilet paper!! Be prepared for traffic to get into Folly Beach (2 lane road)..we were there on Easter Weekend but not sure if it is as busy at other times. The bottom is one unit, the 2 window doors is one unit (the one we stayed in) and the couples unit is on the right……
