Absolute horrific customer service from host and VRBO

We checked in on New Year’s Eve. We had booked a “luxurious stay for 6 people”. This apartment is everything but luxurious and definitely not for 6 people. There are a list of things lacking in this apartment.1. Apartment says clearly it is a 2 bedroom apartment. That is inaccurate. The second “bedroom” is not legally a bedroom, no closet, no window, not even a dresser. We were 6 people in there and 4 out of 6 of us needed to live out of our suitcases.When calling the host about not having 6 chairs inside they said to use the outdoor chairs. This was not possible when we got here since it was raining. In a “luxurious” apartment we should not need to move in outdoor furnitures to fit everyone. 2. The kitchen is not equipped for 6 people, with only 2 unmatching wine glasses, no kitchen equipment for cooking such as cutting board. Also a coffe machine made for 2 people.3. The freezer dind’t work and was leaking water all over the floor. We called the host about this but was never resolved. 4. The terrace is suuuuper dirty, it needs a power wash. Just walking outside for a second makes our feet black. All these issues were addressed during our stay but nothing in response from either the host or VRBO. I am very disappointed on how this was handled. Beautiful resort in a great location, but absolutely unacceptable how this apartment isn’t what it says it is, also worst customer service I have ever received from VRBO and The host.
