Place is bigger than expected. It’s a small 1 bedroom apartment. It was clean - bed very comfortable. The only suggestions I have is to add a TV to the bedroom. Futton is very uncomfortable to watch TV. Needs a better sofa. The only other thing is if you are going to be kind enough to provide beach chairs and umbrella maybe upgrade. Location is good if you want a quiet time. Not near walking distance of restaurants. Actually only 1 about a 5 minute broad-walk walk. We happened to enjoy very much- not looking for crowed beach. Thank you. Hope to stay again sometime in the bear future!

Perfect location for beach access and the condo was comfortable. they had all the amenities that I needed and Nick was so easy to communicate with and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!
