I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Santa Barbara. First time as VRBO renters. Overall experience was just as wonderful but wasn't thrilled with the listing.

Spring Break 2024

We had an amazing time here. The staff were phenomenal they even got my daughter a gift for her 18th birthday. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Between this resort and the one walking distance across the street we had 3 pools, 2 hot tubs and a beautiful sandy beach on the ocean. We will be back someday.

Pompano Beach

Great location, pool is heated which is wonderful for the winter months. Access to all Royal Vista pools and Beach across the street. The studio's listed for sleeping 4, however the pull out sofa mattress is bad. I would recommend air mattress if more than 2 people. washer and dryer are convenient. Staff is very welcoming.

Lots of difference betweemna one bedroom and a one bed room

Well maintained and great on-site staff. Excellent location. Would never again rent from our host, Vacations Simplified again. Falsely listed the property as a "one bedroom" which means that it was separate from the other area of the unit by a wall. When it was actually a one bed room.

VRBO listed that the place was available .... but it wasn't

The Host cancelled on us which was why I gave the worse possible ratings. This was a big inconvenience for us. I suggest checking with the host prior to booking. They don't seem to know what they have available..... I will not rent through Vacations Simplified again.

Poor check in

Property good, check in experience not so good. We arrived at 10:55 PM, Donna's shift was over at 11, she was logged out and her replacement had not arrived. She left us standing there and walked out, basically telling us tough luck, we needed to go down the street to another Wyndham to check in. The security person tried to help and said we would wait, when Travis arrives he might be able to help. He was late, apparently that is a norm, but when he did arrive, he was very helpful and got us checked in for our stay.
