"Want to say after My Wife and I had got our flight cancelled and barely made it to our hotel for our honeymoon cruise The Young man Oliver at the front Desk absolutely made our evening better by being so very kind and accommodating! Congratulated us on our marriage, gave us a complimentary Cheescake/Cookie I wanted to make sure his kindness was recognized not because of the freebies but because you could tell by the kindness in his body language and in his eyes that he was a genuinely caring Kind Hearted Man. "The staff was very courteous on the welcoming. Room was very clean and spacious, bed was super soft and so comfortable. The only thing I think was too pricy and that it doesn’t say in the website is that their is no parking available unless you don’t want to get your car towed so you have no choice but to pay for valet parking. Website does say the valet parking is available if needed but around that area, your car will be towed if not parked in a descent parking. The view was amazing from the 7th floor rooftop where there is a pool, jacuzzi and bar/ restaurant lounge. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that’s looking to have a great vacation view on downtown Sheridan. "
