“Great staff and great motel”

“We would not stay here at half the price. Rooms are old and dated. Hotel charges a fee to use a credit card. And the kicker is a beach hotel does not provide towels for the pool or the beach. You have to buy them at 20.00 a pop. Do your self a favor and avoid the place.”

“Agree with many other reviews. The location is fantastic, parking is extremely tight, wasn’t very clean, ceiling fans are completely covered in thick dust, super low water pressure in showers, zero communication regarding where and how to check (I only knew because of reviews), and there is no elevator for those who would need it. Overall, our stay was ok. Wouldn’t stay again for the price.”

“The lady of front desk wrongly charged me $20 deposit twice and $50 parking fee three time (it should be $50) when I checked in, but now they only canceled the one $20 deposit. How can I get my money back?”

“I liked my room very much. It had everything I needed, including things I didn't.... blow dryer, fridge, microwave. The beds were very comfortable with a variety of pillows and the linens felt good. I had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The breakfast is convenient and good. I've stayed here twice and will stay again in 6 months. The staff were all friendly. The facility was clean and quiet.”

“We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.”
