Perfect condo for our family, great view of gulf and lazy river

We enjoyed our stay at B206. The balcony overlooks the lazy river and has a great view of the gulf. Short walk down the hall to the heated pool which was nice for our pre-Thanksgiving trip. Hot tubs were great too. Room was prefect with the two bedrooms and bunk room.

Perfect

Vacassa and the owner were wonderful to work with. We had not problems at all and the unit was actually ready 2 hours early and they let us know. The property is beautiful. I brought 6 grandkids and they begged to stay longer.

As mentioned in a previous review, shower doors do not completely close and could/would pose a problem of water leaking onto bathroom floor if not careful. Balcony doors were only cleaned from eye level down, as there was red (ketchup/sauce?) smudges just above eye level. Great location for easy/quick pool and beach access. Great communication with guest services. Overall, biggest complaint would be the shower doors. Would recommend to future guests.

Beautiful spacious condo!

We enjoyed the spacious condo. Loved that the bedrooms offered King size beds and each bedroom had their own bathroom. The condo has been updated with nice furnishings and the location has a wonderful view of lazy river and beach. When we booked the reservation for 4 adults, we did not realize that the pool was only 3 Ft at deepest end. Primarily for children . Pool is not large and lots of kids in lazy river. The Placement of the rentable chaise beach chairs were positioned on the beach in a large semi-circle in 3 sections- never have seen this before. Not ideal for sitting close to the water . There is a few things in the interior of the unit that need to be addressed- washer and dryer needs maintenance , very noisy , dryer does not dry well- may need a vent cleaning, shower door does not shut properly , shower heads need replacing- adjust lever does not work , no coffee filters supplied, needs a full length mirror , mattress pads and pillows need to be replaced . Enjoyed our stay- memorable Beach vacation!

Lovely place for kids.

Everything was wonderful. The dryer was pretty noisy but that was my only complaint. Beds were super comfy and ac worked well. Great location too!

Comfortable and excellent location!

This was our first time staying at Waterscape and we will definitely be back! This unit was excellent! The patio has a view of the lazy river and ocean. It is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishes; however, if you cook be aware that there is nothing in the way food... so you will need to plan on getting everything down to coffee and salt & pepper. Linens are provided but there are no pool/beach towels - if you're limited on suitcase space like us, there is an Alvin's about a 10 minute walk away with towels for $25+/ea. Not a single complaint, just want the next traveler to be prepared!

Great Place!!!

This has been our 7th year staying at waterscape. This year we divided into 3 separate condos and I have to say the cleanliness in all 3 condos were not the best and the resort itself seemed ran down from previous years. We are huge waterscape fans and hope this was a staffing issue that everybody is running into.

Great location

It was very neat and clean. We enjoyed the stay and kids loved it! Easy access to pool and beach was great. The only negative was the 2nd floor of B building did not have direct access to parking garage.

Beautiful condo with ample space

The condo was very nice and spacious. The king bed in each bedroom was nice and the bathrooms are both huge!! Only possible drawback is that the kitchen is small with not a lot of counter space but there is a lot of storage and nice decor. The pools and lazy rivers are great and the included beach chairs were a nice perk. Would recommend ☺️

Condo close to lazy river and beach

Over all a nice place to stay , microwave didn’t work and we couldn’t cook anything in their pots. Everything stuck to the bottom and burnt . I suggest they buy non stick pots

Loved everything! Just except wasn’t cleaned very well before we arrived, we arrived on time by 4:00pm Cleaned it ourselves and left the clothes we found in lost and found. Tip: if you don’t find the linen for the pull out couch just call and ask. Need to redo the mattress, one box spring was for a Twin XL keep hitting my shin on it because it sticks out farther that the mattress. Had a great time! Definitely will go back

The condo was just as shown on the site. We loved the access to the pools and beach. At night we could hear the waves from the beach. It was a great getaway!
