“We highly recommend Treasure Harbor house boats, it was clean, the A/C was cold, water heater perfect, and close to everything we needed. It’s like a tiny house on water. Dallas, was accommodating and professional. Overall 5+ stars. We visit the keys often for scuba diving, we have now found our home away from home place to stay. Thank you!!! :-)”

“The property is beautiful. The pool is amazing. It's a walk in pool that gradually gets deeper to a tall rock formation with a waterfall cascading down with cool refreshing water. You can relax in the pool with a picturesque ocean view. The property is owner operated, so much love goes into the care of the property.”

“Overall our stay was nice. We loved the shores pool, and paid extra for ocean view and balcony, which was ruined by the sargassum(out of resorts control of course). Also the balcony was not a private balcony attached to our room, it was just an extension off the walk way open to anyone really, so that part is kind of deceiving. Also, not like a huge deal, but we are huge sports fans and we were trying to watch the FiFa and basketball championships game, and there was no cable. Called to try……

“The hostess/ staff was amazing! Walking the property check in and making sure everyone had their needs met. She even decorated and brought a cupcake for my husband as we were celebrating his birthday. Very thoughtful! Very clean and enjoyable place. Love the quiet no kids, relaxing vibe! Kayaking and paddle boarding along the coast was great too. The sunsets from the property were amazing!”

“My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our time at Chesapeake. The room was immaculate and the view from our balcony was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to use fishing gear from the front office to fish the beachfront and harbor in the evenings and they have kayaks available for use as well. While I went on a fishing charter my girlfriend made use of the pool and enjoyed her day getting sun in one of the many chaise lounges along the beach. I will definitely choose……

“We had the double king room which was quite comfortable and clean. Once inside the room we were fine. The experience was marred by an awful smell on the property, likely due to the stagnant water in the channel. This caused us to spend minimum time outside. The property has a small swimming pool which looked clean, but everything else looked pretty run down.”

“My room was the Twilight garden view suite. My travel companion stayed in the waterfront Manatee room. Both are sparkling clean, had plenty of bath linens, and a good supply of drinks and snacks. We kept the car in the very convenient parking directly below my suite. There is also plenty of parking at the waterfront rooms. “I paid almost $500 per night, and honestly, this hotel was not worth it at all. I feel like I did not get my money’s worth. The hotel was extremely dark at night, with none of the activities advertised on the website. The service at both the pool area and the restaurant was not good either. The room itself showed significant signs of wear and poor maintenance. There were broken picture frames, discolored mirrors, and many small details that simply should not be overlooked when guests are……

“We had a wonderful stay and really loved the resort. The room and balcony were absolutely perfect. My one suggestion would be to consider making one of the two beachfront pools adults-only. There is already an adults-only pool on the property, which is a nice option, but it’s located in the middle of the resort and doesn’t offer the same relaxing beach and ocean views. With two large oceanfront pools, it seems like a great opportunity to designate one for adults who are looking for a quieter……

“What an amazing stay! From the moment we entered the property the staff was happy, friendly and welcoming. DJ Nick the shuttle driver was so much fun and efficient- ask him to do his duck voice. The daily activities around the property were so much fun for our little one- the fresh fruit they brought around was refreshing! Our two bedroom villa was clean and spacious. “I have stayed at that property multiple times over the years and it was acceptable most of the time, with good price point. The outdoors are typically well maintained, which includes the tropical landscaping, pool area, small beach, marina and the pier. However, the apartments there are hit or miss, as I have stayed at some nice ones with great ocean views, but this time I was not so lucky. It was not cleaned properly and I had to request an additional deep cleaning. Additionally, some roof……
