"This hotel was amazing. Check in is very easy, you simply check in on an iPad and can create your own key cards in a few taps. The room was amazing, everything was controlled via an iPad which was very modern and exciting! An amazing feature was the black out windows which really ensured we got a good nights sleep. Staff were also really helpful and kept our bags after check out time the day we left. I would highly recommend. Although if you are staying for longer than 2 nights, don’t fall for the free drinks vouchers as this will mean your room won’t be cleaned / refreshed until day 2 / day 3 I believe and you have to request a clean and new towels etc. But apart from that, amazing! "

"The rooms ate a bit pricy for their size as they are significantly smaller than depicted on the website, and felt a bit crowded for two people given the bathrooms were built-in to the rooms after building construction. Our air conditioning was not working, however this seemed to be fixed by opening the window. The breakfast was lovely, and the location was very quaint. Yet facilities-wise this is a fine stay for a night or so, yet anything longer I would prefer a higher-end hotel"

"They had every service you could need when traveling including proper laundry services. You really can expect to be treated the upmost respect and whiteglove service. Cannot wait to stay here again. Walkable to amazing spots to sit, chat, watch, eat, drink, pharmacy, etc. CA loves UK"

"Overpriced hotel. For one night, check in 3:00pm and checkout 8:00am, $900.00 Canadian. Not worth it. If not for our river cruise only picking up from this hotel, we would have stayed at our first hotel we had been in for previous 4 nights at a third of the cost and LOVELY. Had we known, we would have not stayed at Hilton and made our way ourselves to cruise ship departure. Do not recommend at this price! Nothing special here and we travel quite a bit."

"Lovely hotel. Staff are very friendly. Couldn’t fault hotel, just my lack of foresight that’s was too far outside main city tourist area for what we wanted. It is definitely a quiet hotel. Just nothing round about it to eat out. Also didn’t realise the hotel’s restaurant was closed on a Sunday, so had a bit of a treck to got somewhere for evening meal. "

"Cerca de todo, área segura, si vienes en tren desde el aeropuerto queda caminando bastante cerca, muchos restaurantes y tiendas cercas y a pocos minutos de las áreas más famosas. En fin muy buena opción de calidad versus precio "

"24 hour front desk was important to me and staff were always helpful and welcoming. Location fine and 8-9 minute walk from Amstel Station. Shower was fantastic!"

"I bought the hotel as part of a package with flights, and it was €300 cheaper than booking separately. Only afterward did I start reading reviews on other websites, and they were quite negative. But when I arrived, the reception staff were very polite and always ready to help. The breakfasts include champagne, salmon, various types of cheese, eggs, pastries, vegetables, and much more. The views from the panoramic window are simply incredible. On my last night, I paid an extra €30 to upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi. I highly recommend choosing a room with a jacuzzi, especially for couples."
